About Me
In 2011 I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Film Studies from Columbia College Chicago. I have directed three films, which you can see here, here, and here, however critical studies have always interested me far more than production.
I will begin pursuing my masters degree at the University of Chicago in Fall of 2012, and eventually I hope to earn a PhD in the field and teach film at a university level.
Since relaunching For Reel in March of 2011, this page now serves as a viewing journal wherein I provide capsule reviews of everything that I watch.
